Join us as we visit Killybegs for the official opening of Remembering the Armada. Bus from Grange to Killybegs, followed by official welcome of Spanish Naval Vessel and Crew. A guided tour of the ship followed by a boat trip to the famous Slieve League cliffs, the highest sea cliffs in Europe, where we’ll have lunch and complementary tasting of Slieve League whiskey. Also a book launch of a new Armada book by author Michael Barry.
Meeting point: Spanish Armada Visitor centre (formerly Old Courthouse), Grange, Co. Sligo (Eircode F91 HC60) from 9:30am for registration.
